Role: Finance Business Partner
Location: Leeds / Manchester with travel across the North of the UK.
Excellent package offered including car allowance and bonus.

You will be working closely with the regional operations teams across the North, providing insight and understanding and ensuring the group meets its financial objectives.

You will be working closely with the regional operations teams across the North, providing insight and understanding and ensuring the group meets its financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional operations teams across various sites / branches (Yorkshire and the North), providing insight and understanding, ensuring the group meets its financial objectives.
- Standardise and formalise processes as well as drive rigour across the national network.
- Have a desire to “get under the bonnet” and “have a view”, dissect operational processes and propose KPIs to measure and drive productivity and make the right commercial decisions
- Regular reporting of financial performance and KPIs and associated commentary
- Ownership of budget process for the Region(s)
- Partner with branch managers on capital project approvals and reporting
- Provide assurance to the FD that revenue & costs are appropriately recognised and leakage is minimised
- Review period end close, identifying opportunities or risks that may appear
Stakeholders:
- Heads of Ops, Ops Finance Director, Head of Commercial Finance as well as Operations, People Teams, Sales and Marketing personnel.
- Responsible for financial performance for the UK in the North & Scotland
About you.
You will ideally be a qualified accountant with extensive business partnering experience gained working closely with operations.
