Your new role
This hands-on Finance Manager position is varied and includes responsibilities such as:
- Month-end and year-end tasks
- Management reporting and the implementation of a new ERP system
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects, including learning and working on new tasks such as hedging and consolidations
- Problem-solving and collaborative teamwork
What you'll need to succeed
You should be ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified, with solid hands-on accounting experience. Experience using Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage would be advantageous but not essential. SME experience would be particularly valuable, given the hands-on accounting requirements prior to ERP system implementation. As the role requires four days in the office, living locally to Richmond Upon Thames is necessary.
