Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Finance Officer to join their public sector organisation, they prides themselves on looking after their customers.

Your new role

As the Finance Officer y ou will be responsible for ensuring that members' payments and payroll deductions are processed in a timely manner. All transactions are reconciled daily, and invoices are processed in line with the credit union's policies and procedures.

• Perform daily reconciliation via SAGE and Excel.

• Process payroll deductions and invoices.

• Update member details and process any changes.

• Handle payment and customer queries and resolutions.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have:

• Experience working within a finance role.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of Sage 200.

• High level of accuracy in all areas of your work.

What you’ll get in return
