Financial Controller - Newmarket - £flexible + bonus + private healthcare

Your new company

A leading organisation with an international presence, my client is seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller with a proven track record in leadership roles to join their team in Newmarket, Suffolk.

Your new role

Working closely with the Managing Director and as part of the SLT, you will be responsible for the finance function, including strategic financial planning to support the business decision-making process; monthly and annual reporting for Board and Group; budgeting and forecasting, cashflow management; financial and profitability analysis; internal controls and procedure review and improvement; managing local audit process with Group; liaising with Group regarding tax matters; and adhoc project work.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven experience in a financial management role, combined with strong finance business partnering skills and excellent systems and reporting experience.
