FP&A Analyst (Management Accountant)

As they continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to support our financial planning and analysis functions.
Your new role
- Preparing detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Analysing financial performance and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Assisting with month-end close activities and management reporting.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform financial strategies.
- Supporting ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Currently working as a Management Accountant
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) actively pursuing full qualifications and has sat exams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in financial modelling and using advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
