FP&A Analyst (Management Accountant)

As they continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to support our financial planning and analysis functions.

Your new role

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in our finance team, leveraging your expertise as a Management Accountant to drive financial insights and support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for:
  • Preparing detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
  • Analysing financial performance and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Assisting with month-end close activities and management reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform financial strategies.
  • Supporting ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Currently working as a Management Accountant
  • Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) actively pursuing full qualifications and has sat exams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficient in financial modelling and using advanced Excel functions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
