A London-based global tech company which helps businesses enhance their customer interactions through strategic design and cutting-edge technology is looking to hire a Global FP&A Manager.
Your new role
- Develop and implement a robust global strategy for revenue forecasting processes, setting the standard for best-in-class FP&A practices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardise end-to-end FP&A processes, eliminating inefficiencies and maximising value.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, effectively communicating the vision and driving consensus on process improvements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to continuously enhance our FP&A processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA or ACCA qualified, 5+ years of experience in Finance, with a focus on FP&A roles.
- Proven project management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle, as well as reporting and analytical tools.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and data visualisation skills.
- A passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
