Job Opportunity: Grounds Maintenance Operative – Leeds/West Yorkshire
Are you passionate about outdoor work and maintaining beautiful landscapes? Join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, where you will play a vital role in enhancing both domestic and commercial spaces across Leeds and West Yorkshire, particularly within local council settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain residential and commercial grounds, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and litter clearance.
- Operate a range of gardening machinery and equipment.
- Ensure high standards of maintenance and upkeep for all outdoor spaces.
- Work within local council projects and community areas.
Key Requirements:
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Driving Licence required (Van provided).
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred, but not essential.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
Location: Leeds/West Yorkshire area
Pay: Hourly rate negotiable based on experience, with options for PAYE or Umbrella PAYE.
