We are currently in need of experienced Support Workers who are located in the Solihull area or are willing to travel. This is to pick up weekly shifts on an ad-hoc/ temporary basis at an adult's residential home we supply to. The homes provide care and support to young people with mental health conditions, physical or learning disabilities as well as elderly service users who require dementia care or are on end of life. Responsibilities include providing personal care, day to day support, promoting independence, assisting with food and liquid intake, domestic duties.

We are ideally looking for candidates who are fully flexible and looking for full-time hours with the benefit of being able to pick and choose what shifts you want to cover. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, and long days, and you must be willing to work on weekends.
