Your new role

I'm seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate to join a high-energy, professional recruitment team. This role is based in Chester and supports all levels of positional hiring.

You will:
  • Assist recruiters with professional hiring activities, from Analysts to MDs.
  • Ensure a smooth, compliant, and high-quality recruitment process for managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating the applicant tracking system, contract generation, and pre-employment screening.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative activities to support the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate on or complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately within set deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on relevant processes.
  • Manage day-to-day queries related to your area of responsibility, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience as an administrator.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment process.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Experience in a client/customer service-facing role.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills.
  • Proactive approach.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in the financial services or professional services sector.
  • Experience as a Recruitment Administrator.
