Urgently seeking an Interim HR Advisor/ Senior HR Advisor to support ER and HR Generalist on the Isle of Wight
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor to join a busy on-site HR team on the Isle of Wight.
You will be supporting the Head of HR with a range of employer relations case work and HR generalist advisory.Key Duties
- Leading employee relations cases include grievances, disciplinary, performance, dismissal, sickness,
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures,
- Provide professional HR support to the managers and employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Deliver timely and responsive HR services, particularly in employee relations and resourcing.
- We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor with a full background of HR generalist and employer relations case work.
- CIPD Level 7 / CIPD Level 5 ideally
- Experience in HR policy development, employee relations, and staff development, or have equivalent recognised HR generalist experience
- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to promoting equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
This interim assignment is to provide support to the team for 2–3 months, possibly longer, and scope of temp to perm
The role is based on site in the office on the Isle of Wight.
4 days on site / 1 from home
