HR ADVISOR JOB IN GRANTHAM - 6 MONTH FTC

My client provides support for people with a learning disability across England and Scotland.
Your new role
Deliver comprehensive, effective operational HR services to line managers with advice on HR management issues, including terms and conditions, pay and benefits, grievances, discipline, employment law, organisational change including TUPE, absence management and any general statutory requirements.
Understand the resourcing requirements and implement appropriate and cost-effective recruitment strategies
Maintain close working relationships with other members of the HR Team to ensure high quality service delivery to staff
Working in partnership with managers at all levels, advising on day-to-day professional operational matters, referring issues to the HR Business Partner where appropriate
Understanding retention issues through close monitoring and interaction with managers
Develop, analyse and present periodic HR statistics and other standard reports as required by the organisation
