HR Advisor | Temporary to Permanent | £35,000 | Liverpool Centre | Hybrid

A growing organisation seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in providing HR advice and support, managing employee relations (low level and complex) and supporting with change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Handling grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management (ER typically low).
  • HR Advice: Providing HR advice and support to staff and management.
  • Restructures & TUPE: Managing upcoming restructures and TUPE processes.
  • L&D: Coaching & Supporting Managers across the organisation.
  • Team Support: Working closely to support the People Assistant.
This role will also support with HR Projects (including an upcoming HR system implementation).

Requirements:
  • Proven experience operating in a HR advisory role previously.
  • Experience managing Employee Relations cases.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current Employment Law.
  • Exposure to TUPE & Restructure processes (desirable).
  • The ability to communicate with staff at all levels clearly and professionally.
  • CIPD Qualified.
