Join a leading global entertainment company renowned for its innovative attractions and experiences. Home working with travel to their Lancashire sites 2/3 times per week.
Your New Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting a company-wide transformation project. This hybrid role requires occasional on-site presence in Blackpool and covers a UK-wide remit. You will be instrumental in driving change and ensuring the smooth implementation of restructuring initiatives. Your expertise in TUPE, business partnering, and change management will be essential as you work closely with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in TUPE and restructuring processes
- Strong business partnering skills
- Expertise in change management
- Ability to make an immediate impact and get hands-on with tasks
- Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as needed
