Your new role

• Supporting the local delivery and implementation of company people strategy with guidance and support from the People Business Partner.
• Working closely with recruitment functions to support managers and enable them to appoint colleagues who possess the right skills and will meet business needs.
• Driving effective workforce planning through discussions with Senior Management Team.
• Leading onboarding activities for all new colleagues.
• Coordinating right to work checks and DBS rechecks when required.
• Organising and maintaining HR shared drive.
• Acting as initial point of contact for all HR matters and providing consistent HR advice in line with company policy.
• Actively managing absence within the site.
• Ensure all ER issues are managed effectively, with your workload and cases prioritised accordingly.
• Provide HR support as required.
• Carrying out any other duty that falls within reason of the level of the role.
