Temporary HR Coordinator - Leeds

Hays HR are recruiting for a temporary HR Coordinator to be based in North Leeds. As the HR Coordinator you will take responsibility for providing an efficient, accurate and timely administrative support service encompassing all areas of generalist HR across the business.

  • Create letters following ER meetings regarding disciplinaries, appeals and grievance meetings.
  • Production of ad-hoc letters, templates, tables, reports and presentations.
  • Collating updates and amending organisation charts monthly.
  • Inputting all ER activity onto the system.
  • Supporting the HR Projects Manager in respect to Benefits administration.
  • Support HR Advisors and HR Business Partners with regular HR processes such as Pay Review, Bonus, KPI collation, Movements and recruitment spreadsheets.
Experienced required:

  • Excellent organisational and HR administration skills, with experience working within a process-driven/automated administrative environment.
  • A confident personality with a proactive and constructive approach.
  • Professionalism and confidential approach in all aspect of work, this is essential at all times due to the nature of the role.
  • Ability to manage several tasks concurrently.
  • Initiative and ability to identify, solve or escalate problems
