About the Role:
As a Field-Based HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic thought partner to managers and senior leaders within your region or business entity. Your primary objective will be to provide expert guidance and support across all HR functions to drive business performance and foster a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to managers and senior leaders, offering insights and guidance on HR strategies and best practices.
Provide comprehensive HR support in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
Coach and support a team of HR Advisors, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistent delivery of HR services.
Collaborate with the Senior HRBP/HRD to develop and execute the HR agenda, aligning it with organisational goals and business growth objectives.
Work both strategically and operationally to deliver HR initiatives that add significant value to the business.
Support leaders in driving employee engagement, building a positive workplace culture, and enhancing overall employee experience.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and promote adherence to company policies and procedures.
Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Demonstrated ability to work both strategically and operationally, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
