Your new role

This role requires a versatile HR Manager with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding. This generalist role will involve managing various HR functions, but with a heavy weighting towards sourcing, interviewing, and welcoming new employees into this growing organisation. Key responsibilities include leading the recruitment process, developing and implementing effective onboarding programs, managing employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance, and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the energy sector (candidates looking to step up will also be considered - pay commensurate).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIPD certification is a plus.
