Your new role
Working at Group level for a company with over 25,000 headcount across EMEA, Americas and APAC. You'll be reporting to an HR Director and a client group of 80 headcount which includes the C-Suite Private staff. Responsible for:

  • Employee relations, resolving daily queries up to complex cases
  • Support, design and implement international strategic HR plans
  • Learning and development, ensuring performance management is fit for purpose
  • End to end support on senior recruitment
  • Senior stakeholder management, supporting senior members of staff from end to end HR queries
  • Coordination of employee records, systems and delivery of HR analysis reporting
What you'll need to succeed

Due to the level of the role, with the exposure to the most senior stakeholders of a multinational in conglomerate, you will be someone who is qualified and educated to a high level, and is able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This role is open to HR professionals with experience of 3+ years, with recent years working in either FTSE 250, Blue Chip or SME Prestigious organisations. You'll be from a previous working history where the environment is professional, with exposure to managing HR with C-Suite staff.

  • Experienced from end to end HR, from employee relations, reward and learning and development
  • Ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders, proven experience
  • Degree educated
  • Previous work experience being 3+ years within an HR function
  • Excellent communication skills, with the experience of having to report and draft documents for board level
  • Ideally, you'll be from a work history of an average tenure of 2+ years per employment
