Hays Healthcare are currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Nurse to work with one of the largest banking firms in Milton Keynes.

About the role:

To provide sickness absence management and case management as appropriate, guiding the business about workplace adjustments and phased return to work programmes

To assist in the provision of occupational health services to meet the needs of the work force

To assist the current OH nurse to provide professional and clinical leadership to other members of the OH team (Oh nurses/technicians).

To manage a caseload providing specialist clinical advice on work related health issues

Working Pattern: 2 - 3 days a week (Hybrid)

Placement Length - 3 Months

Start Date: ASAP

Job Requirements:

A Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) qualification in adult nursing

Completed a course in Occupational Health (diploma or degree level)

An excellent working knowledge of HR service management software including Service Now

Well-developed numerical skills including budget spreadsheets and projections.
