Junior Legal PA - Edinburgh / Hybrid - Competitive Annual Salary

- Supporting the Legal PAs with the billing process and other key financial tasks
- Building an understanding of matter management and risk management
- Diary management
- Organisation of meetings and travel
- Liaise with internal teams to build rapport and good working relationships to best support fee earners
- Offer general administrative support to several fee earners
- Complete comprehensive training, ensuring deadlines are met
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in secretarial support/administration in a comparable environment
- Previous experience or exposure to billing would be highly advantageous
- Prior experience supporting with financial takes (expenses, invoices, POs etc.)
- General administration skills within a professional, commercial setting
- An ambitious, hardworking individual who is committed to learning new skills
