A high profile educational insitution is looking for an EA in a brand new role

Your new company
This organisation has a long history of being at the forefront of medical science and is continuing to lead the way in the field. Having had a new Director recently join the team, they are now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support them.

Your new role
Your new role will be very varied from looking after diary management for the Director to booking all of his domestic and international travel. You will be able to manage the volume of requests for their time and prioritise their appointments accordingly. You will organise events, lunches and away days as well a preparing/circulating papers, agendas and minutes. On top of this you will also line manage three personal assistants in the department which will include their day to day management as well as their performance reviews and development.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced EA who has ideally worked either within higher education or within a scientific environment. You will have managed people previously and also have supported more than one executive at once.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary between £34,000 - £40,000 depending on experience alongside a very generous benefits package. This role is based in Headington without parking. You can apply for a permit but it's not guaranteed you will receive one unless you have extenuating circumstances. The role is hybrid with 3 days a week being based in the office and the other 2 from home.
