This role involves managing a high volume of non-complex case work related to the implementation of a new pay and grading model. The successful candidates will support email, phone, and online customer support activities, handling potentially 4000+ responses over a 4–6-week period. This role is ideal for a junior HR Business Partner or Advisor with experience in HR change and transformation projects.

This role is paying between £280-£300 per day, and the successful candidate would be office based 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secretariat/Project Management: Facilitate daily escalation meetings, ensure data readiness, track and record resolutions, and manage actions.
  • Case Management: Handle escalated queries, liaise between HR teams, track responses, chase feedback, and communicate resolutions.
  • Query Management System: Manage an online query management system, ensuring all queries are tracked and resolved.
  • Crisis Management: Assist in crisis response activities, including shutting down the query access system and managing reactive communications.
  • Communication: Provide clear and effective communication to colleagues, both verbally and in writing, including FAQ-based and personalised responses.
In order to be successful in this role:
