Your new role

• This is a full-time, office-based role which provides first and second line support for
  users together with being responsible for the smooth functioning of the Help Desk.

• The role involves providing assistance on all IT issues, managing requests through the
  Helpdesk System and keeping end users informed of progress.

• The role will troubleshoot desktop environments (currently running on Microsoft Windows operating System) as well as
  front-line support to ensure desktop equipment functions as intended.

What you'll need to succeed

• This is a shift based role (you must be able to commit to either 8am - 4pm & 10am - 6pm)
• Previous experience working in Financial Services or Investment Management industries is preferable
• Excellent Customer Services skills
