Your new role
This is a full-time, office-based role which provides first and second line support for
users together with being responsible for the smooth functioning of the Help Desk.The role involves providing assistance on all IT issues, managing requests through the
Helpdesk System and keeping end users informed of progress.The role will troubleshoot desktop environments (currently running on Microsoft Windows operating System) as well as
front-line support to ensure desktop equipment functions as intended.
What you'll need to succeed
- This is a shift based role (you must be able to commit to either 8am - 4pm & 10am - 6pm)
- Previous experience working in Financial Services or Investment Management industries is preferable
- Excellent Customer Services skills
