Your new role is working for a social housing provider who is based in the Wirral.

Your new role

You will be working in a busy responsive repairs department completing works on damp and mould scheme, completing repairs work on kitchens and bathrooms in occupied properties. You will be completing the below tasks to a high standard whilst delivering first-class customer service to all tenants and customers.

- Removing and installing kitchen base units

- Basic joinery works including - skirts, arcs small amounts of boxing in

- Basic plastering of the walls behind kitchen and bathroom units which has been treated for damp & mould

- Removing & Hanging radiators

- Removing and installing basins and toilets

What you'll need to succeed

- Full UK Driving Licence

- CSCS Card (preferably)

- Experience in domestic maintenance (social housing preffered)

- Responsive repair experience

- Ability to be multi-skilled in various trades

- PDA Trained preferred
