Casualty Solicitor sought after by leading insurance law firm
Your new company
Our client is an award-winning leading insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are recruiting Casualty Solicitors/Lawyers to join one of their North West or Midlands offices to handle a full caseload of defendant EL/PL claims on behalf of public sector and insurer clients.
Your new role
This Casualty Solicitor/Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL claims. You will also gain exposure to claims involving highways law and/or housing disrepair. There is the opportunity to assist with subrogated property recoveries, data breach and human rights claims.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0–4 years PQE. Previous experience handling your own caseload of defendant EL/PL claims is essential. A working understanding of abuse and social care claims is beneficial. You must have excellent drafting and communication skills.
What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity for Casualty Solicitors/Lawyers where you can expect a full and interesting caseload working closely with a number of local authorities and insurer clients. These roles can be based out of either the North West or the Midlands. You can expect a competitive salary and plenty of hybrid flexibility.
