Governance & Risk Lawyer 2+

This popular national firm is looking to hire an experienced compliance lawyer for their Governance and Risk team which is responsible for the development and maintenance of effective risk management and compliance standards across their offices. You will advise on complex claims under the firms small claims handling authority and also deal with complaints from clients and third parties. You will also get involved in firmwide risk projects and develop and deliver training on G&R issues. Ideally you will have detailed knowledge of the SRA Handbook and SRA Code of Conduct, experience of practising as a lawyer in litigation or property law or extensive experience as a compliance professional in a law firm and have previous claims handling and professional indemnity insurance experience.
