This international City firm with a highly regarded real estate/property litigation team is looking to hire an experienced leasehold enfranchisement lawyer to act for a wide range of landlords on lease extension, collective enfranchisement and right to manage (RTM) claims as well as advising on the application of the legislation on regeneration and development schemes and on the rights of first refusal legislation. You will also advise leaseholders on the rights afforded to them. Solid knowledge of freehold and leasehold enfranchisement is essential, as is a willingness to get involved in business development.
