Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator for a private sector client temporary basis in Irvine. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Placing overseas orders and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Verifying shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Tracking shipments from dispatch to delivery point.
  • Managing all related paperwork and documentation.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Handling invoicing and ensuring timely payments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.
