Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator for a private sector client temporary basis in Irvine. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Placing overseas orders and coordinating with suppliers.
- Verifying shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Tracking shipments from dispatch to delivery point.
- Managing all related paperwork and documentation.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Handling invoicing and ensuring timely payments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.
