Resonsibilities:

• Water Flushing
• Fire Alarm Testing – Weekly
• EML Flick Testing (Emergency lighting) simulating a power cut for emergency lights to illuminate
• AOV Testing (Automatic Opening Vent) smoke ventilation systems are operating correctly and safely, as required by fire safety regulations
• Block Inspection (Inspecting blocks of flats for safety)
• Completing remedial works identified on Fire Risk Assessments (such as putting up notices, removing hazards from communal areas)
• Removal of small fly tipping issues at blocks of flats
• Allowing access to buildings for contractors needing to check, (SmartMeters, do Asbestos inspections, complete risk assessments)
• Complete small maintenance tasks such as adjust a door in a communal area, help a tenant to gain access to the property, board up a broken window
• Get keys cut
• Help conduct a void property survey
