Your new role
- Operate processing and packaging equipment. Equipment includes filling machines, labellers, packing equipment
- Weigh, measure and check raw materials to assure batches manufactured contain accurate materials and quantities.
- Perform in-process sampling
- Follow all safe practices and standard work and carry out daily safety checks.
- Complete and maintain Quality Records in compliance with regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain equipment and rooms in proper operating condition and proper cleanliness requirements.
- Performing activities in a controlled environment with the use of LEV controls
- May be required to perform other related duties as the need arises and/or assigned.
- Working in a controlled manufacturing environment
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or equivalent.
- Manufacturing qualifications desirable
- General understanding of manufacturing and experience in the industry is required.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Experience working with a strong focus on quality of product is required.
- Knowledge of computer applications and current software is desirable.
- You must be able to work safely with materials and equipment.
