Product Manager Wanted!

About the Role:
Are you a dynamic and innovative Product Manager with a passion for CRM systems? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our new Dynamics 365 (D365) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to shape the strategic direction, experience design, prototyping, build, and enhancement of our CRM system.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Define and deliver short to medium-term product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to research and define requirements for new features.
  • Product Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog to align with our vision.
  • Supplier Engagement: Stay updated with the CRM supplier's product roadmap and identify internal opportunities.
  • User Adoption: Integrate usability studies, research, and analysis into product requirements to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure new product enhancements meet quality assurance standards and transition smoothly into operational support.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, demonstrating domain expertise and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Faculties, Student Services, and other teams to align behind the product vision.
  • Compliance: Ensure product developments comply with architectural principles and standards.
  • Benefit Realisation: Optimise product features to enhance operational efficiency, student experience, and retention.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree or relevant professional qualification.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Higher degree or relevant professional qualification at the post-graduate level.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in a product manager/owner role, including taking a product plan from strategy to execution.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, product innovation, digital transformation, and/or customer experience development.
  • Project management experience, including delivery of roadmaps to time and budget requirements.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with UX designers, developers, and business analysts.
  • Experience with CRM systems and developing SAAS solutions.
  • Experience designing mobile and web user-focused applications.
  • People management and/or mentoring coaching experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design and agile delivery.
  • Knowledge of product and service design processes, from initial analysis to final delivery.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and practical execution.
  • Good knowledge of product quality assurance methods and processes.
