Hays Education are working with an Ofsted ‘Good’ coeducational secondary school with academy status, located in South-West Leicestershire. The school caters to students aged between 11–16.
They are looking for a full-time Teacher of Maths to teach Maths across Key Stage 3 and 4. Due to this being a long-term role, full teaching responsibilities will be involved, including planning and marking.

Job Description:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for mathematics.
- Teaching Maths up to Key Stage 4
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
