Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for helping others? As a 1st Line Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our workforce, providing top-notch technical support and ensuring their IT issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Escalate complex problems to 2nd and 3rd line support teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential.
