Assistant / Coordinator, Sheffield, £25000 - £29000 + Benefits + Hybrid working
As an Assistant/Coordinator, working alongside an experienced team of surveyors, you will be responsible for supporting across a diverse range of projects and properties, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
As a Commercial Assistant/Assistant/Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with various tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and contracts.
- Supporting the management of subcontractor accounts and payments.
- Preparing and submitting regular financial reports.
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost control and project delivery.
