Join a leading organisation in the Fuels and Lubricants sector, based in the Falkirk area, as a part-time
Payroll Administrator! Partnering with Hays, this company is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team on a permanent contract.

In your new role you will be responsible for; end to end payroll, monthly payroll runs, analysing data, checking for variances, performing reports back to management, bank journals, reconciliation of payroll accounts, administration of year-end returns and making payments to third parties. Dealing with sundry payroll matters such as p45/p60 experience with P11Ds would be beneficial.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you will have relevant experience in a similar role within payroll and be a proficient user of Excel. You will also be able to work to tight deadlines on your own and as part of a team. You will be experienced at running both weekly and monthly payrolls.
