They are seeking a Personal Assistant who can also oversee and manage the day-to-day functions of the office.
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated to learn and grow within the company.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office while providing important support to the senior management team.
Your responsibilities will include managing office operations, providing administrative support, acting as the first point of contact for office queries and visitors, coordinating events and meetings, preparing reports and documentation, maintaining records, and supporting various departments with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
Completing all aspects of administration to support all departments and the board.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to be organised and detail-oriented.
The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively to ensure productivity.
You should be self-driven and motivated, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
A willingness to learn and grow, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive demeanour are essential.
Additionally, you should be comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and learning new systems.
