A qualified NVQ Level 2 Plasterer is needed to join a housing association. The ideal candidate is a plasterer experienced in the building trade or a multi-skilled plasterer.
As you will be working within the customer’s homes, this role requires a DBS check. This can be obtained before starting.

Job Title: Multi-Trade Plasterer
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: February 2025
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £34,736 per annum + benefits

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working on void properties, ensuring all plastering tasks are completed to a high standard, meeting deadlines.
• Tasks could include patching, skimming, painting and boarding.
• Carrying out other associated trade skills of basic tiling, decorating and minor carpentry repairs.
• Providing exceptional customer service to customers.
• There is also the opportunity to be on the out of hours rota as required.

What you need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent (City and Guilds) in Plastering
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience of delivering multi-trade work
• Good IT Skills, able to use a tablet with training to access delegated tasks.
• Experienced using a PDA
• Live in/ around the South Leicestershire area.
