• Perform both reactive and planned plumbing works to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
• Undertake preventive maintenance tasks to avoid potential plumbing issues.
• Tasks could include bathroom and kitchen repairs, addressing leaks, fixing burst pipes, and other related plumbing duties.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant time-served experience in plumbing, with verifiable references.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Your own set of plumbing tools is needed.
