Vibrant people organisation looking to hire an Indirect Category Manager who enjoys working onsite with the team

Your new role

• Identifying and implementing cost reductions strategies
• End-to-end supplier management including strategic sourcing, negotiations, SRM, onboarding and performance management
• Developing strong stakeholder relationships
• Ensuring all compliance is adhered to, taking into account ESG objectives

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Indirect Procurement with Corporate Services i.e. Marketing, HR, Facilities, IT etc. CapEx a plus!
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong negotiations, SRM and performance management skills
• Fast learner, ambitious and enjoys working onsite with the team (4 days onsite)
