Procurement Specialist - Software (Applications) - Outside Scope of IR35. Open to being remote-based and travelling to site (Bedfordshire)as and when required

You will need to have extensive experience of procuring for software applications, across numerous complex projects, running end-to-end processes, taking the lead on everything (except the creation of the technical requirements), but including the creation of business cases and financials.

The contract has been determined as outside the scope of IR 35 and will be for a contract of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
