Production Planning, Production Planner
A short-term Production Planning opportunity available to start asap for an established and highly successful manufacturing-based business just outside Spalding. Available for an initial 3-month period, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimising efficiency and minimising costs.
Key areas of focus are to: maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity; collaborate with internal colleagues across production and supply chain to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products; analyse production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement; and prepare reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

To succeed in this role, defined Production Planning experience is essential with the ability to start work at short notice. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have excellent organisational and time management skills and be adept at using production planning systems. Strong communication skills are essential along with a proactive and positive approach to your work.
