In your new role as Project Manager, your duties will be:

• Oversee multiple projects and programmes simultaneously
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and lead project teams across various sites
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
• Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and senior management
• Prepare and present regular project status reports
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment across all projects

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed you will need:

• Efficiently managing time to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience running programmes to deadline and within budget.
• Previous experience working within roofing and cladding is a plus.
• Clean driving licence.
• Clear communication skills to talk to clients and site staff.
