Mechanical Project Manager (Small works)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a variety of small-scale projects across the South of England, with a focus on Hampshire. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver mechanical projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
Projects Include:
- Commercial: Office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial properties.
- Education: Schools, colleges, and universities.
- MOD (Ministry of Defence): Military facilities and infrastructure.
- Local Authority/Government: Public sector buildings and facilities.
- Heritage: Restoration and maintenance of historical buildings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the M&E sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
