As an integral part of the Compliance team, you will support the identification and management of financial crime, compliance, and regulatory risks. You will have the opportunity to support the delivery of regulatory change programmes and strategic priorities by supporting project management activities in relation to specific regulatory projects.

We are looking for an experienced change management professional who possesses excellent communication skills, has a positive attitude towards change, and is willing to challenge established ways of working. You should be able to work individually with minimal supervision, converse and engage with multiple stakeholders across a complex business, deploy problem resolution skills, and maintain awareness of industry and regulatory developments.
