Experienced Project Manager required by NI-based Fit Out and construction contractor

Your new role

They are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of their construction and fit-out projects. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of professionals, work closely with clients and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of working at a similar level within the fit out and construction industry. You will need to have a wide and varied remit and be able to make full use of your skills and experience. The responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or fit-out projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
