M&E Project Manager - Work with Manchester Airport Group

Position: M&E Building Services Project Manager

Hourly Rate:

  • Intermediate: £30-£35 per hour
  • Senior: £40-£45 per hour

Contract Type:
Outside IR35 (LTD Company)

We are a leading M&E contractor working with Manchester Airport Group, a prominent UK airport operator managing Manchester, London Stansted, and East Midlands airports. Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to enhance the passenger experience.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced M&E Building Services Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of building services projects within the airport facilities for our end client, Manchester Airport Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of airport infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of M&E building services projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing M&E building services projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building services engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
  • Experience working in an airport or similar environment.
