Hays are working with a superb organisation who are looking for a purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis
Your new role
You will be working alongside another Purchase Ledger Administrator as part of the wider the Finance team and taking responsibility for your own part of the ledger. Your duties will include
- Processing supplier invoices
- Reconciling statements
- Resolving supplier queries
- Payments runs
- Assist with other ad hoc accounting duties
What you'll need to succeed
You should have purchase ledger experience who is proactive and with a "can do" approach. You should have good IT skills including Excel, have strong communication skills and work well within a team.
