This isn’t just any Quality Manager role. Right now, their rejection rate sits at 11%, a challenge driven by manual errors, machinery coding hiccups, and supplier inconsistencies. The goal? Slash it to the industry standard of 3%. You’ll be the one to make it happen; mapping processes, crafting SOPs, and training a tight-knit team to bring your vision to life.

But the story doesn’t stop there. As the business eyes even bigger horizons, you’ll lead the charge to build an in-house laboratory from scratch. You’ll be at the forefront of their long-term strategy, turning quality into a cornerstone of their success.

This role is a rewarding challenge for someone who thrives on impact. You’ll need proven quality management experience -ideally in manufacturing or plastics- and a knack for TQM principles. You’ve tackled rejection rates before, improved supply chains, and you’re not afraid to get into the nitty-gritty of operations. Bonus points if you’ve got a vision for lab setups or certifications like Six Sigma or Lean. Above all, you’re a communicator who can inspire people and turn ambition into action.
