Your new role

As the Production Manager, you will be the operational lead, responsible for all key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role will encompass safety, quality, environmental, and financial performance, with a focus on continuous improvement. You will plan workloads and production schedules, foster strong customer relationships, and develop your team leaders and front-line employees. Your leadership will ensure a safe, content working environment and high employee retention.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' experience managing people in a manufacturing environment. A demonstrable track record of positively impacting KPIs and performance, with examples to support your achievements. Proven experience of managing safety and addressing elevated risk profiles. Successful management of costs and finances, including budgeting, with examples to illustrate your expertise. Experience of interfacing effectively with a maintenance function.
