New Opportunity for Engineering Supervisor in Wales
We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor in Wales. The purpose of this role is to lead the engineering service delivery supporting the Compliance Manager on the Department for Transport (DfT) facilities management contract within their geographical area of responsibility. The role is responsible for supporting all areas of engineering service delivery to all affected properties within the defined geographical area.
The role will provide operational leadership and direction to ensure compliance with service delivery obligations, support the Compliance Manager in management of the P & L, SLA's and KPI performance measurement.
What we are looking for
Relevant M&E qualification – e.g. BS 7671-18th edition, C&G/NVQ Mechanical/ElectricalExperience in management of remote engineering service delivery across a diverse multi-site portfolio.Excellent people communication skills: ability to manage and develop positive relationships with stakeholders. Awareness of best practice commercial and financial principles and P&L management. Experience in managing change projects within FM environments. IT literate in CAFM Information Management Systems. Experience in successfully working in a pressured and stressful environment.
